Leicester City, Fulham fighting for Swansea City forward Jordan Ayew?

Leicester City and Fulham reportedly emerge as favourites to sign Swansea City forward Jordan Ayew before the end of the summer transfer window.

Swansea City forward Jordan Ayew has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for both Leicester City and Fulham.

Ayew contributed seven goals and two assists in 36 Premier League fixtures last season, but Swansea were still relegated from the top flight.

That has resulted in the Welsh club being open to getting the Ghana international off the wage bill, and Wales Online reports that both the Foxes and the Cottagers have shown an interest.

Leicester have money to spend after the sale of Riyad Mahrez to Manchester City, while Fulham are looking to strengthen their squad after promotion from the Championship.

Swansea may consider both temporary and permanent approaches for Ayew, who has two years remaining on his contract at the Liberty Stadium.

Ayew's brother Andre has already completed a loan switch to Turkish giants Fenerbahce.
