Liverpool are reportedly considering a summer approach for Barnet goalkeeper Kai McKenzie-Lyle.

Liverpool have reportedly identified Barnet goalkeeper Kai McKenzie-Lyle as a potential summer signing.

Jurgen Klopp has already brought in Roma goalkeeper Alisson Becker ahead of the new campaign, but it remains unclear who will provide backup for the Brazil international.

Simon Mignolet has been linked with both Barcelona and Besiktas, while Loris Karius may be allowed to leave Anfield to take on a fresh start after his errors in the Champions League final.

According to The Mirror, Liverpool are considering whether to add McKenzie-Lyle to their goalkeeping ranks, despite the youngster having only made one appearance for Barnet.

The Guyana international has already represented Liverpool Under-23s in a pre-season friendly this summer, and it could lead to a permanent stay for the 20-year-old.
