Real Madrid will be missing three players for Sunday's La Liga clash against Girona, with Eder Militao and Dani Carvajal long-term absentees through injury, while Jude Bellingham is out through suspension.
Bellingham was sent off in the 1-1 draw with Osasuna last weekend and subsequently handed a two-game ban in La Liga.
The midfielder is also banned for Real Madrid's upcoming Champions League last-16 first leg against Atletico Madrid, but he can take to the field against Real Sociedad in the first leg of their Copa del Rey semi-final next week.
There had been some doubt over the involvement of Dani Ceballos and Federico Valverde against Girona, with the former picking up a knock, while the latter allegedly played against Manchester City in the Champions League last week after taking a painkilling injection.
However, both players have been included in the squad for Sunday's contest.
Valverde, Ceballos included in Real Madrid squad for Girona clash
"He (Valverde) has played because he is very well. The day he has some problems or needs rest he has no problem to stay on the bench. It's not out of the question that he will rest tomorrow," Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti told reporters.
Meanwhile, when addressing Ceballos, Ancelotti said: "He is fine, like all those who have played. I will evaluate those who need to rest. The squad is growing physically. Tomorrow it could be an option for [David] Alaba to play. These are things I have to evaluate today."
Real Madrid have dropped to third spot in the La Liga table and have only picked up two points from their last three matches in Spain's top flight, demonstrating the importance of returning to winning ways on Sunday.
"It's an important moment in the season. We have to repeat our good performance against City. We can't slip up, the league is very competitive and every game is vital to get to the end of the competition," said Ancelotti.
"We've had a bit of bad luck. The last three games we've done quite well. We have to continue in this vein, because if you play well and have a good attitude the result will reward you."
Real Madrid have won seven, drawn one and lost three of their previous 11 meetings with Girona in all competitions.
