Report: West Bromwich Albion interested in Leeds United defender Luke Ayling

Leeds United defender Luke Ayling is believed to be a transfer target for fellow Championship side West Bromwich Albion.

Leeds United defender Luke Ayling has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for West Bromwich Albion.

The 26-year-old, who came through the ranks at Arsenal, has been on the books of the Elland Road club since 2016.

Ayling has played 70 games for Leeds, while his career tally currently stands close to 250 matches.

According to the Birmingham Mail, West Brom boss Darren Moore wants Ayling to solve his right-back problems and help the club in their quest to return to the Premier League.

Kyle Bartley, Ayling's former Leeds teammate and a close friend of the full-back, is currently at The Hawthorns.
