Brighton & Hove Albion could be without up to eight players for Saturday's Premier League clash with Fulham at the Amex Stadium.
Ferdi Kadioglu (toe), Igor Julio (thigh), James Milner (hamstring), Joel Veltman (knock), Jason Steele (shoulder) and captain Lewis Dunk (rib) all remain sidelined with injuries, while Matt O'Riley has recovered from illness but remains doubtful with a minor knee issue and will be assessed ahead of kickoff.
Fabian Hurzeler has confirmed that Kaoru Mitoma is fit and available after he was taken off with cramp in Brighton's 2-1 extra-time win over Newcastle United in the FA Cup fifth round last week.
Tariq Lamptey is suspended after receiving two yellow cards in the Seagulls' win at St James' Park, so Jack Hinshelwood or Mats Wieffer could be tasked with filling in at right-back.
Jan Paul van Hecke, Adam Webster and Pervis Estupinan are all expected to retain their places in defence, while the gap potentially vacated in midfield by Hinshelwood dropping back into defence could be filled by either Yasin Ayari or Diego Gomez, who will be pushing to start alongside Carlos Baleba.
Yankuba Minteh, who has scored three goals in his last four games and has been nominated for February's Premier League Player of the Month award, is set to start again on the right flank, while Mitoma is expected to continue on the left after being passed fit to feature.
Both Minteh and Danny Welbeck were on the scoresheet against Newcastle and the latter will be hoping to force his way back into Fabian Hurzeler's starting lineup, potentially replacing Georginio Rutter which would see Joao Pedro drop into a deeper attacking role behind Welbeck up front.
Brighton & Hove Albion possible starting lineup: Verbruggen; Hinshelwood, Van Hecke, Webster, Estupinan; Baleba, Ayari; Minteh, Pedro, Mitoma; Welbeck
