Brentford boss Thomas Frank will be boosted by the return of Christian Norgaard for Saturday's Premier League visit of Aston Villa to the Gtech Community Stadium.
The Danish midfielder was forced to sit out the Bees' 1-1 home draw with Everton last time out due to concussion protocol, but having served the necessary 10-day period, he will be fine to compete this weekend.
Fellow lynchpin Mathias Jensen (adductor) is back available too, but Rico Henry (hamstring), Sepp van den Berg (knee), Aaron Hickey (thigh), Igor Thiago (knee), Josh Dasilva (knee) and Gustavo Nunes (back) are still absent.
Assuming Norgaard is given the green light to start on Saturday, the 30-year-old should demote Yehor Yarmoliuk down to the substitutes' bench as he forms a partnership with Vitaly Janelt in the centre.
Creative hub Mikkel Damsgaard will operate just ahead of the duo as ever, most likely as part of an unaltered attacking line alongside Kevin Schade, Bryan Mbeumo and Yoane Wissa.
Further back, Frank's only real dilemma comes on the right-hand side of defence, where Fiorentina loanee Michael Kayode is knocking on the door to replace Kristoffer Ajer at right-back.
However, the Norwegian should reprise his role alongside Mark Flekken, Keane Lewis-Potter, Ethan Pinnock and Nathan Collins, as Brentford continue to search for their first home clean sheet of the campaign.
Brentford possible starting lineup:
Flekken; Ajer, Collins, Pinnock, Lewis-Potter; Janelt, Norgaard; Mbeumo, Damsgaard, Schade; Wissa
