Antoine Griezmann to announce Atletico Madrid future today?

Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann will reportedly announce on Thursday where he will spent the next stage of his career.

Antoine Griezmann has reportedly decided where to spend the next stage of his career and will make an announcement on Thursday.

Since the start of 2018, there has been frequent speculation regarding the future of the France international, who has spent the last four seasons at Atletico Madrid.

However, Barcelona have been heavily linked with an approach for the attacker and according to Mundo Deportivo, the 27-year-old has finally decided to go public with his next move.

Griezmann has previously indicated that he wanted to end doubt over his club career before representing his country at the World Cup, with France's opening game against Australia taking place on Saturday.

The forward - who has scored 112 goals in 209 outings for Atletico - still has four years remaining on his contract, but the La Liga side are unlikely to stand in the player's way should he wish to leave the Wanda Metropolitano.
