Sevilla offer Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos a five-year contract to return to the club, according to a report.

Sevilla have reportedly offered Sergio Ramos a five-year contract to return to the club.

The 35-year-old's existing deal with Real Madrid is due to expire at the end of June, meaning that, as it stands, he will be available on a free transfer at the start of July.

A recent report claimed that Ramos had decided to accept a one-year deal with Los Blancos despite the fact that he has been holding out for a long-term contract.

However, according to esRadio, Sevilla have offered the Spaniard the chance to return to Estadio Ramon on a deal until June 2026.

Ramos started his career with Los Nervionenses, progressing through the youth system at the club before making his debut in 2004.

The centre-back has since made 671 appearances for Real Madrid in all competitions, scoring 101 goals, but he struggled with a number of injury problems during the 2020-21 campaign and has thus far been unable to come to an agreement with the La Liga giants over a fresh deal. body check tags ::
