Manchester United 'ready to listen to offers for David de Gea'

Manchester United are reportedly willing to listen to offers for David de Gea, but they will not transfer list their first-choice goalkeeper out of respect.

Manchester United are reportedly ready to entertain offers for first-choice goalkeeper David de Gea this summer.

The Spaniard has been granted time off following the birth of his child, with backup goalkeeper Dean Henderson now aiming to stake his place for a regular role in the Red Devils goal.

De Gea has not been immune from criticism over the past couple of seasons, and with Henderson supposedly threatening to leave if he is not granted the number one jersey next term, De Gea's future at the club is looking increasingly uncertain.

According to 90 min, United are refusing to transfer list De Gea out of respect for their loyal stalwart, but if the right offer comes in for the ex-Atletico Madrid shot-stopper, they will allow him to depart.

While the report adds that the potential sale of De Gea would give Henderson the opportunity to become Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's first-choice keeper, the Red Devils are understood to be considering a move for Atletico Madrid's Jan Oblak, if money allows.

Paris Saint-Germain are believed to be keeping tabs on the future of De Gea, who has kept 10 clean sheets in 29 appearances across all competitions this term.
