The Peloton app launches on Sky Q with a free month's trial for new subscribers.

Sky has announced that Peloton has been added to the lineup of apps available through Sky Q.

The service, which provides access to an extensive library of home workouts, can be accessed either through the 'Apps' menu of the on-screen guide or by saying "Peloton" into the voice remote.

"Adding Peloton to Sky Q is incredibly exciting for our customers as it makes it easier to enjoy working out from home," said Fraser Stirling, Sky's chief of product.

"Peloton joins Fiit, Netflix, Disney+, YouTube and many more favourites continuing to make Sky Q the home of all the entertainment you love, in one place."

Existing Peloton customers can sign in to the app with their existing details, while new subscribers can take a free one-month trial of the service, which costs £12.99 a month thereafter.
