Can you name Chelsea's 2012 Champions League-winning squad?

To mark the eighth anniversary of Chelsea's maiden Champions League triumph, Sports Mole challenges you to name Roberto Di Matteo's squad.

After losing out on penalties to Manchester United in 2008, it took Chelsea some time to recover from the disappointment of missing out on a first-ever Champions League crown.

However, under caretaker boss Roberto Di Matteo, the Blues finally got their hands on arguably the most coveted trophy in club football with victory over Bayern Munich in Germany in 2012.

After Didier Drogba's late header during normal time and Petr Cech's penalty save during the extra 30 minutes, the Premier League outfit eventually prevailed in a shootout.

On a day which marks eight years since that triumph in Europe, Sports Mole challenges you to name Chelsea's 18-man squad.
