Borussia Dortmund's Andriy Yarmolenko will allegedly undergo a medical with West Ham United during the coming week.

According to Sky Sports News, the Ukraine international will travel to the Hammers' training camp in Switzerland for assessment.

Dortmund are said to have accepted a £17.5m bid for Yarmolenko, who has also agreed personal terms with the Premier League side.

Yarmolenko, who was repeatedly linked with Everton during his time with Dynamo Kiev, joined Dortmund last summer in a deal worth £23m but his time in Germany has been marred by injuries.

The 28-year-old must also obtain a work permit before he can become a West Ham player.
