Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos has claimed that Cristiano Ronaldo and Mohamed Salah should not be compared ahead of the Champions League Final this weekend.
The two wingers will clash at the Olimpiyskiy National Sports Complex in Kiev on Saturday night, as Madrid face Liverpool for the European trophy.
Salah's form this season has been compared to La Liga stars Lionel Messi as well as Ronaldo, but Ramos has insisted that the Egyptian still has a long way to go yet.
"Comparing players with Ronaldo and Messi is something you can't do," Ramos told reporters.
"They're in another orbit. There are players who are in fashion, those who come and go and others who stay around. Salah is a top player, that's clear. He's shown that this year and he's got a great chance to show that over the next few years as Ronaldo and Messi have done - but the day after tomorrow!"
