Manchester United want Reece James from Chelsea?

Manchester United are 'keeping tabs' on Chelsea defender Reece James, according to a report.

Manchester United have reportedly been 'keeping tabs' on Chelsea defender Reece James.

James, who came through the youth system at Chelsea, has made 42 Championship appearances for loan club Wigan Athletic during the 2018-19 campaign.

Over the weekend, it was claimed that Brighton & Hove Albion had a £10m bid rejected for the 19-year-old.

However, according to the Daily Mail, the Blues will also have to resist interest from United, with the Red Devils 'continuing to track his progress' ahead of a potential £15m bid.

James signed a new four-year deal with Chelsea last summer despite the fact that he is yet to make his first-team debut for the Premier League club.
