Manchester City are reportedly considering the sale of Gabriel Jesus in order to make room for Benfica prospect Joao Felix.

City have been heavily linked with the Portuguese youngster, who has contributed 16 goals and eight assists in Portugal's top flight and the Europa League this season.

However, the Premier League leaders would be expected to pay at least £100m for the 19-year-old, who may find himself largely limited to cameo roles should Pep Guardiola stick with his current squad.

According to A Bola, that has led to City thinking about selling Jesus, who has been used as backup to Sergio Aguero throughout this season.

The 22-year-old has been provided with just 12 starts in the Premier League and Champions League, and the Brazilian is unlikely to be content with playing second fiddle to Aguero for another year.

Jesus still has four years remaining on his contract.
