Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Manchester City could line up for Tuesday's Champions League last-16 second leg against RB Leipzig.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola looks set to be working with a fully-fit squad for Tuesday's Champions League last-16 second leg at home to RB Leipzig.

Phil Foden revealed that he had exacerbated a foot problem prior to the win over Crystal Palace, but the England international recovered to play 58 minutes of that 1-0 success.

As a result, Guardiola has no injury or suspension concerns to factor in for the visit of the Bundesliga side, who rescued a 1-1 draw in the first leg in Germany three weeks ago.

The hosting manager seems likely to continue with Manuel Akanji and Ruben Dias in front of Ederson, despite the presence of Aymeric Laporte, as Nathan Ake holds his place at left-back.

Kyle Walker has recently been accused of flashing in a bar, but the right-back is still being considered for selection and ought to line up on the right-hand side, forcing John Stones to the bench in the process.

Kevin De Bruyne was named among the substitutes at the weekend, but the time is nigh for the Belgian to return to the midfield, most likely in place of Bernardo Silva as Rodri and Ilkay Gundogan retain their places.

With Guardiola likely to urge caution over Foden and his damaged foot, Riyad Mahrez - the scorer of City's goal in the first leg - can expect to link arms with Jack Grealish and Erling Braut Haaland up front.

The Algerian attacker can now boast 11 goal contributions (seven strikes, four assists) from his last 12 Champions League knockout appearances, as well as finding the back of the net in all three of his clashes with Leipzig so far.

Manchester City possible starting lineup: Ederson; Walker, Akanji, Dias, Ake; De Bruyne, Rodri, Gundogan; Mahrez, Haaland, Grealish
