Liverpool forward Sadio Mane has addressed reports linking him with a move to Real Madrid.

The Senegal international insisted that he is committed to the Merseyside outfit, but stopped short of ruling out joining the La Liga giants indefinitely.

"These are just rumours. I am not aware of anything and haven't been contacted," Sky Sports News quotes Mane as saying.

"I remain a Liverpool player and I will join my team-mates in the United States for the pre-season tour. Real are a great team, but I am focused on my team, Liverpool."

Liverpool kicked off their pre-season campaign with a 7-0 demolition of Chester FC earlier today.
