Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp 'rejects chance to re-sign Philippe Coutinho'

Liverpool reportedly have no intention of attempting to re-sign Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho during the summer transfer window.

Earlier this week, it was claimed that Bayern Munich do not want to secure a permanent deal for the Brazilian at the end of his season-long loan at the Allianz Arena.

With the playmaker seemingly out of favour at Camp Nou, that leaves the Catalan giants to try to find another buyer before the beginning of the next campaign.

However, according to El Desmarque, Coutinho will not be provided with a reunion with the Merseyside giants, whom he left at the start of 2018.

Jurgen Klopp is said to have dismissed the possibility of the Premier League leaders paying £91m to hand the 27-year-old a second spell at Anfield.

Klopp would allegedly prefer to bring in either Real Madrid's Isco or Napoli's Fabian Ruiz.
