Team News: Aleksandar Mitrovic, Nemanja Matic start for Serbia against Costa Rica

Serbia duo Aleksandar Mitrovic and Nemanja Matic are both selected to play Costa Rica in Sunday afternoon's game

Serbia duo Aleksandar Mitrovic and Nemanja Matic have both been selected by to play Costa Rica in Sunday afternoon's game.

Newcastle United striker Mitrovic will be looking to add to the 12 goals he scored on loan at Fulham last season, while Matic will be key in midfield alongside Lazio's Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

Roma full-back Aleksandar Kolarov begins in defence alongside Branislav Ivanovic, while Mitrovic is the sole striker for Mladen Krstajic's side.

For Costa Rica, Real Madrid goalkeeper Keylor Navas begins in goal, while Johnny Acosta and Oscar Duarte start in defence.

David Guzman and Celso Borges are employed as holding midfielders as Johan Venegas and Bryan Ruiz support Marco Urena up top.
