Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly preparing to table a final £15m offer for Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish.
The 22-year-old is expected to leave his current employers this summer as Villa look to avoid a financial crisis, and Chelsea are said to have offered the West Midlands side a "tempting package" for his signature.
According to The Sun, however, Chelsea's offer is yet to materialise, allowing Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino to table one final £15m offer for Grealish.
The Englishman made 31 appearances for Villa last term, scoring three goals and assisting six others.
Should Tottenham's move for Grealish fall through, Pochettino is believed to be keen on Norwich City midfielder James Maddison.
