Result: Warriors crush Pacers on way to 11th successive win

The winning streak is the longest in the NBA so far this season.

The high-flying Golden State Warriors made it 11 wins in a row with a 132-100 drubbing of the Indiana Pacers on Monday night.

Steph Curry top-scored with 26 points – 23 of which were in the first half – and six rebounds, while DeMarcus Cousins claimed 22 and Kevin Durant netted 16 with seven assists.

The Warriors' winning streak is the longest in the NBA so far this season and sees them sit top of the Western Conference, two victories ahead of the Denver Nuggets.

The Nuggets rallied from 25 points down in the second half to edge out the Memphis Grizzlies 95-92.

Nikola Jokic led the scoring with 24 – with five rebounds – and put the Nuggets ahead with less than 30 seconds left before the buzzer.

Denver have enjoyed the best start to a season in the franchise's history after winning 34 and losing 15 and are currently on the back of a three-match winning streak.

The New York Knicks suffered a 10th straight defeat with a 101-92 loss to the Charlotte Hornets to sit second-bottom in the Eastern Conference.

Elsewhere, the Brooklyn Nets lost as the Boston Celtics returned to winning ways with a 112-104 victory, while the Atlanta Hawks overcame the Los Angeles Clippers 123-118 as Trae Young scored 26 points.

Meanwhile, five-time NBA All-Star Anthony Davis has requested a trade from the New Orleans Pelicans.

The Pelicans released a statement on nba.com, which read: "This past weekend, Anthony Davis' representatives informed us that Anthony does not wish to sign a contract extension with our team and subsequently has requested a trade.

"Although we are disappointed in this decision, our organization's top priority is to bring an NBA championship to our city and fans and build our team for long-term success.

"Relative to specific talks of a trade, we will do this on our terms and our timeline. One that makes the most sense for our team and it will not be dictated by those outside of our organization.

"We have also requested the League to strictly enforce the tampering rules associated with this transaction."
