Result: Morris holds nerve as Boston seal overtime win

A three-pointer from Marcus Morris forced the overtime.

The Boston Celtics scored an impressive comeback win – rallying from a 22-point deficit to top the Phoenix Suns 116-109 in overtime.

Kyrie Irving led the way with a season high of 39 points – 18 of which came in the fourth quarter and overtime – while Marcus Morris forced the additional period with a clutch triple with just 1.1 seconds left in regulation.

The Oklahoma City Thunder cruised to a seventh straight victory with a 98-80 win over the Houston Rockets.

Paul George, who finished on 20 points, helped the Thunder build a 14-point lead by half-time, and the Rockets hardly got a look in after that.

Despite missing Russell Westbrook, out with a sprained ankle, Oklahoma controlled the game, with six players finishing in double figures.

Damian Lillard scored 25 points as the Portland Trail Blazers beat the Los Angeles Clippers 116-105 for their third win in a row.

CJ McCollum was not far behind, finishing on 23 points on eight-of-20 shooting, seven rebounds and two assists in 25 minutes.

Five Milwaukee Bucks players scored 15 points or more as the side toppled reigning champions the Golden State Warriors 134-111.

Giannis Antetokounmpo finished on 24 points and nine rebounds, while Eric Bledsoe recorded a season high of 26 points and six assists.
