Patrick Mahomes threw for 393 yards and two touchdowns in the six-point win.

The Kansas City Chiefs withstood a late surge from the Miami Dolphins to come away with a division-clinching 33-27 victory.

Patrick Mahomes turned the ball over three times to keep the Dolphins in it, but his 393 yards and two touchdowns through the air proved just enough to help the Chiefs claim the AFC West for the fifth year in a row.

His combination with Travis Kelce again proved the difference for Kansas City as the tight end finished with 136 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Meanwhile Miami's rookie quarterback Tua Tagovailoa put together another strong performance, which included two late touchdown drives to bring the hosts within six, but ultimately ran out of time to complete the comeback.

After starting the season 11-0, the Pittsburgh Steelers were handed their second-straight defeat in a 26-15 loss to the Buffalo Bills.

Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen again impressed, throwing for 238 yards and two touchdowns, while his opposite Ben Roethlisberger was unusually sloppy.

Roethlisberger threw two crucial interceptions in the loss, one of which was a 51-yard pick six by Bills safety Taron Johnson which gave Buffalo a 9-7 lead at half-time.

The Philadelphia Eagles also pulled off a dramatic 24-21 upset victory against the New Orleans Saints.

Making his first career start, quarterback Jalen Hurts took it upon himself to help arrest Philadelphia's four-game losing streak.

He threw for 167 yards and a touchdown and also picked up 106 yards on the ground to bring New Orleans' nine-game unbeaten run to an end.

Tom Brady put together a timeless performance to lead the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a gritty 26-14 win over the Minnesota Vikings.

The 43-year-old picked up two touchdowns through the air to bring the Buccaneers to the brink of securing their first play-off appearance since 2007.

The Green Bay Packers claimed the NFC North title with a 31-24 victory against a spirited Detroit Lions outfit.

Aaron Rodgers was at his veteran best, throwing for 290 yards and two touchdowns, while Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford picked up 244 yards and a touchdown before leaving the game injured late in the fourth quarter.

A 316-yard effort from Derek Carr was not enough for the Las Vegas Raiders to defeat the Indianapolis Colts.

The 44-27 defeat puts the Raiders at risk of missing the play-offs.

The Dallas Cowboys looked like a completely different team against the Cincinnati Bengals, picking up just their fourth win of the season with a 30-7 victory.

The Seattle Seahawks destroyed the New York Jets 40-3 to resign the Jets to 13 straight losses- the longest streak in the team's history.

Arizona linebacker Haason Reddick picked up five sacks to help the Cardinals to a 26-7 win over the New York Jets.

Denver Broncos quarterback Drew Lock threw for four touchdowns to defeat the Carolina Panthers 32-27.

In the rest of Sunday's games, the Chicago Bears dominated the Houston Texans 36-7, Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry ran for 215 yards and two touchdowns in a 21-point victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Los Angeles Chargers did just enough to defeat the Atlanta Falcons 20-17 and Washington Football Team defeated the San Francisco 49ers 23-15.
