Report: Tottenham Hotspur reignite interest in Fulham starlet Ryan Sessegnon

Tottenham Hotspur are preparing a new bid for highly-rated Fulham youngster Ryan Sessegnon in 2018, according to reports.

Highly-rated Fulham full-back Ryan Sessegnon has once again emerged as a transfer target for Tottenham Hotspur, according to reports.

The 17-year-old impressed in his breakthrough season last year, starting 17 Championship games, coming off the bench in a further nine, and contributing with seven goals and three assists in all competitions.

Sessegnon continues to go from strength to strength, having played in each of Fulham's 13 games so far this season in the league and EFL Cup, and reportedly remains on the radar of several top English sides.

According to The Sun, Spurs are plotting a new move for Sessegnon in 2018, potentially testing the waters in January before going all out in the summer transfer window.

The report goes on to suggest that Fulham are standing firm on their £50m valuation for the player, a fee which would break Tottenham's transfer record.

Sessegnon, an England youth international, joined the Cottagers' youth system in 2008, with his twin brother Steven also at the club.
