Raheem Sterling is giving no serious thought to swapping Manchester City for Tottenham Hotspur this summer, according to a report.

The England international has recently emerged as a possible target for Tottenham as part of a player-plus-cash deal involving Harry Kane.

City are supposedly hopeful that Tottenham can be persuaded to cash in on Kane if Sterling and teammate Gabriel Jesus head the opposite way.

However, Football Insider claims that Sterling has no interest in joining Spurs this summer as he will only consider playing for a team in the Champions League.

Sterling scored at least 20 times in each of Pep Guardiola's first three campaigns in charge at the Etihad Stadium, but he netted just 14 times in 2020-21 and lost his place in the side towards the end of the season.
