Inter Milan attacker Christian Eriksen wants to return to Tottenham Hotspur in January, according to a report.
Sports Mole

Inter Milan attacker Christian Eriksen is reportedly keen on returning to Tottenham Hotspur this month.

The Denmark international only left Spurs for Inter last January, but he has struggled to make his mark at San Siro, managing just four goals and three assists in 40 appearances in all competitions.

Inter have recently placed the 28-year-old on the transfer list, although it is understood that the Italian giants would also be open to the idea of a loan exit during the January window.

A recent report claimed that Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho was pushing for his side to bring Eriksen back to the club for the second half of the 2020-21 campaign.

According to Sky Sports News, the Dane is keen on a return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, although there have not yet been any formal discussions between the two clubs.

Eriksen has not scored a goal or registered an assist in 14 outings for Antonio Conte's side this term.
