Report: Casemiro closing in on Paris Saint-Germain switch

A report claims that Casemiro is keen on a move to Paris Saint-Germain as he wants to link up with compatriot Neymar at club level.

Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro is reportedly closing in on a move to Paris Saint-Germain following the managerial return of Zinedine Zidane.

Casemiro has never seen eye to eye with the Frenchman, despite playing an integral part in Real's three successive Champions League triumphs.

Don Balon reports that the 27-year-old is expected to be one of a handful of players that will make way in the summer, as Zidane attempts to rebuild the dethroned European champions.

PSG are said to have made an offer for Casemiro and the Brazil international is keen to link up with his compatriot Neymar at club level.

The report also indicates that Real are holding out for more than £65m for the ex-Porto player.

One of Paul Pogba, Adrien Rabiot or N'Golo Kante could be brought in as a replacement.
