Wednesday's La Liga predictions including Real Madrid vs. Osasuna

:Headline: Wednesday's La Liga predictions including Real Madrid vs. Osasuna: ID:468389: from db_amp
Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Wednesday's La Liga fixtures, including Real Madrid vs. Osasuna.

Mallorca vs. Sevilla (Wednesday, 6.00pm)

Sevilla will attempt to keep pace with those at the top of La Liga when they travel to mid-table Mallorca in search of a third consecutive win on Wednesday evening.

Julen Lopetegui's side are currently one point behind leaders Real Sociedad, yet could go top of La Liga if they win their game in hand.

We say: Mallorca 0-2 Sevilla

Whilst remaining an unlikely prospect, it does seem as if time is running out for this Sevilla side to properly mount a title challenge and displace Spain's big three.

With only really Real Madrid looking like their imperious selves, this could be Sevilla's chance and given the form they are in, Mallorca should be no match for Lopetegui's men.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Rayo Vallecano vs. Barcelona (Wednesday, 6.00pm)

Sitting ahead of their upcoming opponents in the La Liga rankings, Rayo Vallecano play host to Barcelona on Wednesday evening.

The hosts' efforts against Real Betis were in vain during a 3-2 defeat at the weekend, while Ronald Koeman's men lost El Clasico to Real Madrid on their own turf.

We say: Rayo Vallecano 1-2 Barcelona

Despite their remarkable winning streak in this fixture, Barcelona's dismal away form coupled with Vallecano's strong home displays should make for a much closer encounter than history would suggest.

One has to wonder what failure to win would do for Koeman's future in the hotseat, but with the possible added attacking threat of Aguero and Dembele, we expect La Blaugrana to take all three points home, although it will not be a cakewalk for the Catalans.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Real Betis vs. Valencia (Wednesday, 7.00pm)

Both Real Betis and Valencia will be targeting three points in the pursuit of European football when the pair meet at the Estadio Benito Villamarin on Wednesday evening.

Betis currently occupy one of the six European spots on offer, whilst Valencia have some work to do if they wish to climb up the La Liga table.

We say: Real Betis 2-1 Valencia

Betis are in the midst of some of their best form in decades and a return to the Champions League is not yet out of the question.

It is games against the teams just below them that will determine their fate and with the support of the Benito Villamarin behind them, another victory could be on the cards.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Real Madrid vs. Osasuna (Wednesday, 8.30pm)

Real Madrid will aim to keep the momentum going from their dramatic El Clasico win over Barcelona when they welcome Osasuna to the Spanish capital for Wednesday's La Liga battle.

Los Blancos came out on top by two goals to one against Barca in Sunday's battle, while the in-form visitors dropped two points in disappointing fashion against Granada.

We say: Real Madrid 3-1 Osasuna

Osasuna's perfect record of four wins from four away from home this term is something to behold, but they may come unstuck against a Real Madrid side on cloud nine following their El Clasico triumph.

Ancelotti's side cannot afford to take their foot off the gas for a split second against the away day specialists, but the hosts' in-form attackers can break their visitors' resistance to temporarily reclaim top spot in the table.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.
