Saturday's Scottish Premiership predictions including Rangers vs. Motherwell

:Headline: Saturday's Scottish Premiership predictions including Rangers vs. Motherwell: ID:427058: from db_amp
Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Saturday's Scottish Premiership matches, including Rangers vs. Motherwell.

Rangers vs. Motherwell (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Rangers will be looking to get back on track after their midweek League Cup exit when they welcome Motherwell to Ibrox on Saturday afternoon for a Scottish Premiership clash.

The visitors will also be looking to return to form after losing in the league last weekend at home to St Mirren, a result that kept them fixed firmly in fifth place in the table.

We say: Rangers 2-0 Motherwell

We expect that Rangers will bounce back strongly after their League Cup exit and take a comfortable three points against Motherwell.

The Steelmen struggled to score last weekend and they won't get away with that kind of profligacy at Ibrox. We expect Gerrard's men to be ruthless, efficient and victorious on Saturday.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Ross County vs. Hamilton (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Ross County host Hamilton Academical in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday hoping to end their run of nine league games without a win.

Meanwhile, Hamilton are hoping to get revenge on the side that beat them 1-0 earlier in the campaign and win their fourth top-flight away match.

We say: Ross County 1-2 Hamilton Academical

Both sides are in desperate need of three points and to end their respective miserable runs in the league. Ross County have scored just once in their last six matches in all competitions, while Hamilton have scored in 10 of their 11 away matches this campaign, despite losing seven of those outings. Hamilton's threat going forward could be enough to snatch a win from the Staggies on Saturday.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

St Mirren vs. St Johnstone (Saturday, 3.00pm)

St Mirren, fresh from dumping Rangers out of the Scottish League Cup in midweek, welcome St Johnstone to Paisley on Saturday afternoon for what should be an interesting Scottish Premiership clash.

St Johnstone were beaten at home by Livingston in the league last weekend, but enjoyed some League Cup glory of their own in midweek, beating Dunfermline Athletic on penalties to reach the semi-finals.

We say: St Mirren 2-0 St Johnstone

Our prediction is that St Mirren will continue their good run with a solid 2-0 victory over their visitors from Perth.

While the Perth Saints are a hard team to beat, they have struggled to win games in recent weeks and we think they will head home from Paisley on the back of a defeat.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.

Hibernian vs. Dundee Utd (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Hibernian head into their Scottish Premiership encounter with Dundee United on Saturday unbeaten in seven matches and having won their last four games in all competitions.

Meanwhile, the Tangerines suffered their fourth home defeat of the season, losing 2-1 against league leaders Rangers.

We say: Hibernian 3-1 Dundee United

Goals have been flying in at Easter Road lately and we expect no change on Saturday. Even though Dundee United are likely to be difficult to break down, we believe Jack Ross's side have enough quality in the final third, even with Kevin Nisbet absent, to secure the three points and back-to-back league victories over the Tangerines for the first time since December 2006.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.
