Shanghai Shenhua have allowed Demba Ba to sign a loan deal with Turkish side Goztepe SK.

Since leaving Chelsea in 2014, Ba has spent time in both Turkey and China, with two spells at Besiktas either side of a period with Shenhua.

However, the 32-year-old has been given the opportunity to experience another five months in Turkey having agreed to join Goztepe.

Ba scored a total of 29 goals in 39 appearances during his time in the Chinese Super League, but the Senegalese international played for just 25 minutes on his most recent loan spell at Besiktas.

Goztepe currently sit in seventh place in the league standings, 11 points below leaders Istanbul Basaksehir.
