Wolves, Huddersfield Town keen on Middlesbrough winger Adama Traore?

Wolverhampton Wanderers and Huddersfield Town are reportedly considering a summer move for Middlesbrough winger Adama Traore.

Middlesbrough winger Adama Traore has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for both Wolverhampton Wanderers and Huddersfield Town.

Traore has just enjoyed a strong campaign in the Championship - with five goals and 10 assists coming in 36 appearances - and the 22-year-old has been linked with Premier League clubs over the past 12 months.

According to The Sun, both Wolves and Huddersfield are ready to try to sign the attacker, who has an £18m release clause in his Boro contract.

Wolves have just won promotion to the Premier League, and the acquisition of the former Barcelona youngster would provide competition for the likes of Diogo Jota, Ivan Cavaleiro and Helder Costa.

Huddersfield already have a number of options on the flank and signed Ramadan Sobhi from Stoke City last month, but David Wagner remains active in the transfer market and would seemingly like to continue to give himself alternatives in the final third.

Middlesbrough could be open to parting ways with Traore before the start of the new season in order to provide additional transfer funds for Tony Pulis.
