West Ham United boss David Moyes is reportedly facing a fight to save his job.

Since returning for a second spell as West Ham manager in 2019, Moyes has enjoyed success in East London, guiding his side into European competition in consecutive seasons.

Moyes led the Hammers to the Europa League semi-finals last term, and they have continued their success on the continent this season with consecutive victories in their opening two Europa Conference League group games.

Despite faring well in Europe, according to The Mirror, Moyes is under pressure to avoid the sack following a poor start to the Premier League season.

The Hammers currently sit in the relegation zone with four points to their name after winning only one of their opening seven league matches.

There is a belief that Moyes needs a quick change in fortunes if he to remain in the dugout at West Ham, beginning with a home game against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.

Meetings with Fulham and Southampton will follow the weekend's encounter, while October also includes away trips to Liverpool and Manchester United and a home game against Bournemouth. body check tags ::
