Southampton and Stoke City have made two changes apiece ahead of their Premier League final-day fixture at St Mary's Stadium.

For the Saints, fit-again Charlie Austin leads the line in place of Manolo Gabbiadini, while Ryan Bertrand comes back in at left-back for Matt Targett.

The Potters, meanwhile, have changed their system from their 4-1 defeat to Arsenal, with Peter Crouch coming in for Marko Arnautovic in an attacking lineup.

Ramadan Sobhi also bolsters the forward line, with Glen Johnson dropped to the bench by manager Mark Hughes.
