Portugal vs. Denmark: Predicted XI for Roberto Martinez's side in UEFA Nations League quarter-final second leg

Sports Mole looks at how Portugal could line up in the second leg of their UEFA Nations League quarter-final against Denmark.

Portugal head coach Roberto Martinez is set to name an unchanged side for the second leg of their UEFA Nations League quarter-final against Denmark on Sunday night.

Rasmus Hojlund scored the only goal of the first leg, with Denmark therefore having an advantage to take into the return fixture in Lisbon.

Martinez has plenty of quality in reserve, with Bernardo Silva, Diogo Jota and Trincao among his attacking options, but it is likely that he will keep faith with the same players that took to the field for the first whistle on Thursday.

Cristiano Ronaldo failed to add to the 135 goals that he has scored for Portugal in the first leg, but the 40-year-old is again set to be given the nod through the middle in the return fixture.

Pedro Neto's pace is required out wide, so the Chelsea forward should also be in the XI, while Bruno Fernandes is another certain starter, with the attacker entering the international break off the back of some excellent performances for Manchester United.

Vitinha and Joao Neves were both outstanding in Paris Saint-Germain's recent Champions League success over Liverpool, and the duo will also be in the side, while there should be just a fifth cap in the middle of the defence for Renato Veiga.

Portugal possible starting lineup: D Costa; Dalot, Dias, Veiga, Mendes; Vitinha, Neves; Neto, Fernandes, Leao; Ronaldo body check tags ::
