Liverpool are reportedly keeping tabs on 18-year-old Mallorca striker Victor Christopher de Baunbag.

The youngster has been promoted to Mallorca's 'B' team following three years in the youth ranks, during which time he finished as the club's top scorer every season.

Spanish outlet Sport reports that his form has alerted Liverpool, who are monitoring his progress ahead of a possible future move.

Victor is expected to work his way into the Mallorca first team before the end of the season, but will continue to feature for the Under-18s for big games - such as this weekend's match against Barcelona.

Liverpool's scouts are understood to have told the club that the Cameroon-born striker would be a good fit for the Premier League due to his physical presence.
