Sheyi Ojo suffers dislocated shoulder

Liverpool youngster Sheyi Ojo suffers a dislocated shoulder while out on loan for Fulham.

Liverpool winger Sheyi Ojo has suffered a dislocated shoulder while out on loan with Championship side Fulham.

The 20-year-old is six weeks into a season-long loan spell with the Cottagers but could find himself back at Anfield sooner than expected after sustaining the injury during the 2-1 win over Queens Park Rangers last night.

Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic confirmed that Ojo was taken to hospital after a collision with Hoops defender Joel Lynch resulted in him being stretchered off.

"We are not lucky this start of the season. We have one player more in the hospital," Jokanovic told Sky Sports News.

"It's a dislocation of the shoulder. That's all we know."

Ojo has started the last six league games for Fulham in a row, a run that has seen them climb up to eighth in the Championship table.
