Thorgan Hazard: 'Eden Hazard not thinking about Chelsea exit'

Eden Hazard's younger brother Thorgan Hazard insists that the winger is not thinking about leaving Chelsea for Real Madrid and believes he made the right choice by staying.

Thorgan Hazard has revealed that his brother Eden Hazard is not thinking about leaving Chelsea for Real Madrid.

Eden has made no secret of his desire to play for Los Blancos at some stage of his career and was heavily linked with a move to the Bernabeu this summer after the European champions sold Cristiano Ronaldo.

No move materialised, though, and Thorgan believes that his elder brother made the right decision considering Madrid's poor start to the season and Chelsea's unbeaten campaign under Maurizio Sarri so far.

"Eden made the right decision to stay at Chelsea. Chelsea weren't keen on selling him and he had a strong start of the season. Real Madrid are in a complex period," Thorgan told Belgian newspaper HLN.

"They sacked their manager, key players left. They have to rebuild. I think Eden will see what happens at the end of the season. I know him. He's not thinking about a move right now.

"He will give everything for Chelsea. He doesn't want a clash with his club either. If he ever leaves, he will play it correctly."

Hazard is currently the joint-top scorer in the Premier League with seven goals.
