Tottenham Hotspur withdraw from race to sign Crystal Palace's Wilfried Zaha?

Tottenham Hotspur reportedly decide to withdraw from the race to sign Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha, who could cost in the region of £75m.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly decided to end their interest in signing Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha.

The Ivory Coast international only penned a five-year contract with Palace last summer, but it has been suggested that the player is keen to secure a transfer to Chelsea.

Palace are said to be ready to demand in the region of £75m for Zaha, and according to The Mirror, that has resulted in Spurs opting against a move for the attacker.

The North London outfit had allegedly been willing to try to sign Zaha for £45m, but the valuation of the Eagles has left Chelsea as frontrunners to complete a deal before August 9.

Zaha contributed nine goals and three assists from 29 top-flight appearances last season.
