Chelsea are reportedly prepared to let Callum Hudson-Odoi leave the club if their £15m asking price is met, amid interest from England and around Europe for the player.

The 22-year-old spent last season on loan at Bayer Leverkusen, however the three-time England international struggled to cement himself as a regular for the Bundesliga outfit.

Hudson-Odoi started just seven league matches, with his only goal contribution coming as an assist during a 3-2 loss to Freiburg all the way back in September.

With one year left on his current terms in West London, it is understood that the winger has attracted interest from a host of clubs who will hope to revitalise his career.

According to The Guardian, Nottingham Forest, Fulham and Serie A giants AC Milan are keen on bringing Hudson-Odoi into their squads, with Chelsea demanding a £15m fee for the player.

It is believed that the attacker is unlikely to have a place in Mauricio Pochettino's plans next season, as the former Tottenham Hotspur boss looks to mould his side into one which can challenge for European football.

The Argentinian has walked into a highly-populated dressing room at Stamford Bridge, and the club are making a big effort to move a host of first-team players on, with the likes of N'Golo Kante, Kalidou Koulibaly and Edouard Mendy all securing moves to the Saudi Pro League.

Mason Mount is another man who could be departing from West London this summer, although the Blues have been stern in their negotiations for the England midfielder with Manchester United, recently turning down a bid of £50m plus £5m in add-ons for the 24-year-old.

However, with the transfer window progressing and Premier League squads soon to be in pre-season training, it is understood that Chelsea are keen to reach an agreement with the Red Devils for Mount, meaning they could lower their £65m asking price.

The money earned from the sale of Hudson Odoi - like that of Mount - will count as pure profit in Chelsea's FFP calculations, increasing the incentive for the club to get both off the books before the window slams shut.

A move to the East Midlands would see the winger link up with Steve Cooper at the City Ground, with Forest looking to push on after retaining their Premier League status last season.

Fulham are also understood to be interested in Hudson-Odoi, and the short trip across West London to Craven Cottage could be tempting as the Cottagers hope to fight for a European spot next term.

Italian side AC Milan are also keeping tabs on the player's situation, with the Rossoneri said to be targeting a mini-raid of Chelsea's midfield in this transfer window.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek has reportedly agreed terms with the San Siro club and will move to Italy for a fee of £15m plus add-ons, although it remains to be seen whether Hudson-Odoi follows his compatriot to Serie A.

The attacker made his Chelsea debut in 2017 and has played 126 times for the Blues over five seasons, scoring 16 goals and helping the West Londoners to a Champions League trophy under Thomas Tuchel in the 2020-21 campaign.
