England boss Gareth Southgate has made five changes to his XI for Saturday's 2018 World Cup third-place playoff with Belgium.

Phil Jones, Eric Dier, Fabian Delph, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Danny Rose all come into the team following Wednesday's 2-1 defeat to Croatia in the semi-finals of the competition.

Harry Kane - who is on course for the Golden Boot - again leads the line with support from Raheem Sterling, while Kieran Trippier also starts despite limping out of the Croatia match with a groin problem.

As for Belgium, Thomas Meunier returns from suspension to start down the right, while there is also a position in the middle of midfield for Youri Tielemans.

Mousa Dembele and Marouane Fellaini both drop to the bench following Belgium's 1-0 defeat to France on Tuesday night, but Romelu Lukaku, Eden Hazard and Kevin De Bruyne all make the XI.
