Saturday's La Liga predictions including Barcelona vs. Alaves

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Saturday's La Liga fixtures, including Barcelona vs. Alaves.

Granada vs. Atletico (Saturday, 1.00pm)

Saturday's La Liga action kicks off with Atletico Madrid's clash with eighth-placed Granada at the Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes.

Atleti, who have still only lost one league game so far this season, will be looking to get back to winning ways after they were held to a 2-2 draw against Celta Vigo last time out.

We say: Granada 1-2 Atletico Madrid

Simeone's COVID-19 crisis has impacted performances in recent weeks and, if anything will trip Atleti up this weekend, it will be their lack of first-team regulars in the side. However, it is very unlikely that Atleti will fail to win twice in two league outings, so we are going with a 2-1 scoreline to the visitors.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.

Sevilla vs. Huesca (Saturday, 3.15pm)

Following their heroics against Barcelona in the Copa del Rey, Sevilla could cap off a perfect week with three points against bottom-of-the-league Huesca at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan.

Despite their lowly position in La Liga, Huesca have been enjoying their football of late and have put in a number of positive performances in recent weeks. However, beating Julen Lopetegui's high-flying Sevilla team might be a step too far for the Aragon side.

We say: Sevilla 2-0 Huesca

There is no question that Huesca have upped their game in recent weeks, but getting the better of Sevilla will likely be a step too far for Pacheta's men. Los Palanganas are in great form at the moment and a straightforward three points this weekend is definitely on the cards.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Eibar vs. Real Valladolid (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Real Valladolid travel to the Basque Country this weekend for their relegation dogfight against fellow strugglers Eibar at the Estadio Municipal de Ipurua.

With both teams currently neck-and-neck at the foot of the La Liga table, this clash could go a long way in deciding who will be playing Segunda Division football next season.

We say: Eibar 2-2 Real Valladolid

This will be a very intriguing encounter between two sides that are just as bad as each other, and neutrals are likely to have a real dogfight on their hands. We cannot see anything separating the two sides but are expecting a few fireworks.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.

Barcelona vs. Alaves (Saturday, 8.00pm)

Barcelona will be looking to bounce back from Wednesday's Copa del Rey semi-final first-leg defeat to Sevilla when they continue their La Liga campaign at home to Alaves on Saturday night.

The Catalan outfit have work to do if they are to turn their Copa del Rey last-four tie around, but Ronald Koeman's side have recently been in impressive form in the league, winning each of their last six matches.

We say: Barcelona 2-0 Alaves

Barca will be determined to bounce back from the loss to Sevilla, and we are finding it difficult to back anything other than a home win. Alaves secured an impressive result against Valladolid last weekend, but we are expecting Koeman's side to pick up all three points to continue their strong run in La Liga.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.
