Barcelona will be aiming to return to winning ways on Friday when they host Sevilla in La Liga.

The Catalan giants were held to a 2-2 draw by Mallorca on Tuesday evening, with the result ending a six-match winning run in all competitions.

Barcelona are still unbeaten in the league this season, though, with a total of 17 points from seven matches leaving them top of the table for the moment.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Barcelona's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their clash with Sevilla, who recorded a thumping 5-1 win over Almeria on Tuesday.

Pedri

Status: Out
Type of injury: Thigh
Possible return date: Unknown

Pedri remains on the sidelines with a thigh issue, but the Spain international is closing in on a return, having made significant strides forward over the last week or so.

Frenkie de Jong

Status: Out
Type of injury: Ankle
Possible return date: Unknown

De Jong was forced off against Celta Vigo last weekend due to an ankle injury, and the Netherlands international is expected to be on the sidelines for at least the next six weeks or so.

BARCELONA'S SUSPENSION LIST

Barcelona do not have any suspension concerns for this contest.
