Sky cancels Bulletproof in the wake of the sexual harassment allegations against Noel Clarke last month.

Sky has decided to cancel police drama Bulletproof following the allegations against lead star Noel Clarke last month.

In a piece for The Guardian, numerous women came forward to accuse the 45-year-old variously of bullying, sexual harassment and secret filming of nude auditions.

Clarke strongly denied any legal or criminal wrongdoing but admitted that he would be seeking professional help over his general conduct.

Sky was quick to distance itself from Clarke last month, meanwhile, putting production of Bulletproof series four on hold, but now the broadcaster has confirmed that the show has been dropped completely.

A spokesperson told Variety: "Sky will not be proceeding with any further series of Bulletproof."

Sky is thought to have looked at options for continuing the programme without Clarke's involvement before pulling the plug, ultimately deciding that it was not feasible.
