Report: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer given £150m transfer budget

:Headline: Report: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer given £150m transfer budget:
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has reportedly been told that he can spend £150m on new recruits this summer.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will reportedly be given £150m to strengthen Manchester United's squad ahead of next season.

The Red Devils endured a mixed 2018-19 campaign prior to last month's shutdown, finding themselves fifth in the Premier League but through to the latter stages of two cup competitions.

A number of star players have been linked with a summer switch to Old Trafford, namely Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho, and The Metro claims that Solskjaer will be given every chance of pushing through a deal.

Despite spending £47m to bring in Bruno Fernandes in January, the report indicates that United's transfer budget for the next window still stands at around £150m, matching the amount splashed out last summer.

However, that figure could rise should the English giants offload certain fringe players, with Jesse Lingard and Andreas Pereira expected to move on.

Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish and Jude Bellingham of Birmingham City are also rumoured to be on Solskjaer's wishlist. body check tags ::
