Sergio Ramos 'yet to receive contract offer from Real Madrid'

Real Madrid are yet to offer club captain Sergio Ramos a new contract, according to a report.

Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has reportedly still not been offered a new deal by the Spanish champions.

The 34-year-old remains an inspirational figure for Los Blancos, whom he has represented on 660 appearances in all competitions, but his existing deal at the Bernabeu is due to expire next June.

Ramos is believed to want a new two-year contract, but it remains to be seen whether Madrid are prepared to put forward anything other than a 12-month extension due to the centre-back's age.

According to COPE, Zinedine Zidane's side have still not offered the Spain international a new deal despite the fact that he will be free to discuss terms with foreign clubs at the start of 2020.

The report claims that Ramos's priority is to remain in the Spanish capital, while he will not hold talks with any other teams until Madrid have set out their plans for his future.

The defender is allegedly a target for Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.
