Manchester United have reportedly included a sell-on clause in the deal to take Romelu Lukaku to Inter Milan on deadline day.

The two clubs have agreed a fee of around £74m for the Belgian striker, who refused to report to training earlier this week in an attempt to push through the transfer.

The Manchester Evening News reports that United have also included a clause in his contract which means that they will recoup a percentage of any fee Inter Milan receive if they sell him in the future.

The Red Devils took a similar action when selling Wilfried Zaha back to Crystal Palace in 2015, a move which could prove to be lucrative as they are due 25% of the in-demand winger's transfer fee.

Lukaku also had a sell-on clause in his contract which took him to Old Trafford from Everton, meaning that the Toffees will receive around £5m from the Inter Milan deal.

The player scored 42 goals in 96 appearances during his two seasons with United.
