Sports Mole looks at how Inter Milan could line up in Sunday's Serie A clash with Fiorentina.
By , European Football Editor | 3d

Inter Milan will be looking to continue their fine domestic form when they travel to Fiorentina on Sunday night.

Antonio Conte's side are currently top of Serie A - two points clear of champions Juventus - having collected 38 points from their 15 league matches during the 2019-20 campaign.

Inter were held to a goalless draw by Roma last Friday, though, before bowing out in the group stages of the Champions League on Tuesday courtesy of a 2-1 home defeat to Barcelona.

The Milan giants will be determined to return to winning ways in Italy's top flight this weekend, and they are unbeaten in Serie A since suffering a 2-1 loss to Juve at the start of October.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how I Nerazzurri could line up on Sunday night.

Out: Alexis Sanchez (ankle), Stefano Sensi (thigh), Nicolo Barella (knee)
Doubtful: Kwadwo Asamoah (knee), Roberto Gagliardini (foot)

Inter will again be without the services of on-loan Manchester United attacker Alexis Sanchez due to an ankle problem, while key midfielders Stefano Sensi and Nicolo Barella are also still absent through injury.

Kwadwo Asamoah and Roberto Gagliardini are also doubtful ahead of Sunday's clash, but Antonio Candreva should recover from a back injury in time to feature against La Viola.

Borja Valero has profited from Inter's midfield injuries to earn a starting role in recent weeks, and the 34-year-old is again expected to feature this weekend alongside Matias Vecino and Marcelo Brozovic.

Conte is unlikely to make changes to his defensive unit, though, while Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez will continue in the final third of the field.

Lukaku has scored 12 goals in 20 appearances in all competitions this term following a move from Manchester United, while Martinez has managed 13 strikes in 21 outings for the Milan giants.
