Sports Mole rounds up Arsenal's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash with Everton.

Arsenal make the trip to Everton at the weekend looking to improve on their current ninth-placed standing in the Premier League table.

At a time when uncertainty remains over their managerial position, the Gunners succumbed tamely to Manchester City in front of their own supporters on Sunday afternoon.

While it remains unclear whether Freddie Ljungberg will still be in charge for the game at Goodison Park, the Swede is currently having to deal with a crowded treatment room.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Arsenal's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the visit to Merseyside.

Sead Kolasinac

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Ankle
Possible return date: December 21 (vs. Everton)

Kolasinac sustained an ankle injury against Man City, leading to the left-back being withdrawn during the first half. It appears unlikely that the Bosnian will be available for the next fixture.

Dani Ceballos

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: December 21 (vs. Everton)

Ljungberg has revealed that Ceballos is due to return to training this week after recovering from a hamstring problem. However, the Spaniard is unlikely to be included in the starting lineup at Goodison Park.

Rob Holding

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: January 1 (vs. Manchester United)

Rob Holding has suffered bruising to his knee and will not return to training for another fortnight. The Englishman could be ready to feature against Manchester United on New Year's Day.

Granit Xhaka

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Concussion
Possible return date: December 21 (vs. Everton)

After sustaining concussion against West Ham United on December 9, Xhaka has been forced to sit out the last two matches. However, the Switzerland international is expected to be available on Saturday.

Hector Bellerin

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: December 21 (vs. Everton)

Having continued his recovery from a hamstring injury over the weekend, Bellerin is expected to feature in training this week ahead of a potential return to the squad.

Kieran Tierney

Status: Out
Type of injury: Shoulder
Possible return date: Unknown

Kieran Tierney is set for another spell on the sidelines after dislocating his shoulder against West Ham, with the full-back expected to miss up to three months with the problem.

ARSENAL'S SUSPENSION LIST

After picking up his fifth domestic booking of the campaign against City, Sokratis Papastathopoulos is banned for the meeting with the Toffees.
