Another star-studded round of Champions League matches are on offer this week, and matchday four represents the first chance for some of those teams to book their place in the last 16 of the competition.
The mid-season World Cup break means that clubs have raced through the opening weeks of this year's Champions League campaign, and as a result five different teams have the opportunity to seal a knockout spot on Tuesday.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up the state of play in each group involved in Tuesday's action.
Group E
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11 FIXTURES
AC Milan vs. Chelsea (8pm kickoff)
Dinamo Zagreb vs. Red Bull Salzburg (8pm kickoff)
Who can qualify? No-one
Who can be eliminated? No-one
Group E is the tightest in the entire competition at the halfway stage, with only two points separating the four teams and Red Bull Salzburg surprisingly leading the way.
Chelsea and AC Milan - the pre-tournament favourites to progress from the group - both sit level and one point behind the Austrian outfit, with Dinamo Zagreb on three points.
All four teams are level on one win apiece so far and, while the landscape of the group could change significantly with events on Tuesday night, none of the teams can qualify for the last 16 nor be eliminated from the Champions League with two games to spare.
Group F
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11 FIXTURES
Shakhtar Donetsk vs. Real Madrid (8pm kickoff)
Celtic vs. RB Leipzig (8pm kickoff)
Who can qualify? Real Madrid
Who can be eliminated? No-one
Predictably, it is the holders and 14-time champions Real Madrid who lead the way in Group F having won all three of their matches so far, scoring seven times and conceding just once in the process.
Victory over Shakhtar Donetsk on Tuesday would seal their place in the last 16 of the competition once again, leaving them at least eight points clear of third place with only six points left up for grabs.
Indeed, should RB Leipzig also fail to beat Celtic in the group's other game then Madrid would be guaranteed top spot too, with the remaining three teams then left to battle it out for second place.
No team can officially be eliminated on Tuesday, but defeat for Celtic would leave them on the brink.
Group G
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11 FIXTURES
Copenhagen vs. Manchester City (5.45pm kickoff)
Borussia Dortmund vs. Sevilla (8pm kickoff)
Who can qualify? Manchester City, Borussia Dortmund
Who can be eliminated? Sevilla, Copenhagen
All of the major business could be decided with two games to spare in Group G, with Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund knowing that victories over Copenhagen and Sevilla respectively would be enough to book their spots in the last 16.
Man City have won all three of their group games so far, scoring 11 times and conceding only once in the process, and victory for them would mean a place in the knockout rounds regardless of what happens elsewhere. Even a draw would be enough unless Sevilla beat Dortmund in the other game.
Dortmund's only dropped points so far came against Man City courtesy of Erling Braut Haaland's outrageous effort on matchday two, but a win would take them eight points clear of Sevilla and, barring a shock win for Copenhagen over Pep Guardiola's men, that would also be enough to see them through.
Sevilla and Copenhagen already find themselves in last-chance saloon; a win for Copenhagen is the only way they can guarantee still being in contention for a last-16 spot on matchday five, while a draw would do the same for Sevilla but still leave them playing catch-up, so a win is really needed for the Spanish outfit.
Group H
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11 FIXTURES
Maccabi Haifa vs. Juventus (5.45pm kickoff)
Paris Saint-Germain vs. Benfica (8pm kickoff)
Who can qualify? Paris Saint-Germain, Benfica
Who can be eliminated? Maccabi Haifa
The top two face each other in Group H and the winner in that match between Paris Saint-Germain and Benfica could secure a place in the knockout rounds should the other result also go their way.
Victory would take them up to 10 points, meaning that Juventus would need to at least pick up a draw against Maccabi Haifa to prevent the winners in Paris from progressing with two games to spare.
If Maccabi Haifa lose against the Italian giants then they will definitely be eliminated, while even a draw would see them knocked out if PSG and Benfica also share the spoils, as they did in Lisbon last week.
Juventus cannot be eliminated on Tuesday, but anything other than a victory would leave them with plenty of work to do regardless of what happens in Paris.
