Barcelona manager Xavi will ring the changes for Thursday's Copa del Rey last-16 tie with Ceuta at the Alfonso Murube Stadium.

The Catalan giants won the Supercopa de Espana after beating Real Madrid 3-1 in the final in Riyadh at the weekend, and Xavi has confirmed that Ronald Araujo will be his only absentee as the centre-back - who has just come back from a long-term injury - enjoys a rest.

Ferran Torres and Robert Lewandowski are both serving La Liga bans, which will not impact their participation in the cup, and the former could therefore replace the latter at the tip of the attack.

Raphinha and Ansu Fati should also come into contention for starts in the wide areas, although it is unclear if Memphis Depay will be considered for a place in the first XI amid speculation surrounding his future.

A complete trio of changes in midfield should see Franck Kessie and Pablo Torre handed opportunities to impress, while Sergi Roberto may also be reintroduced into the engine room.

Jordi Alba has lost his first-choice label to Alejandro Balde but is now set to return at left-back, while Hector Bellerin can also feel confident of earning a start on the opposite side of the backline.

Andreas Christensen may be the only member of the backline from the Supercopa de Espana final to hold his place, with Eric Garcia and Inaki Pena also poised to return from the off.

Barcelona possible starting lineup: Pena; Bellerin, Garcia, Christensen, Alba; Roberto, Kessie, Torre; Raphinha, Torres, Fati body check tags ::
